Thank you for your interest in our Annual Earth Day Festival.

Vendor applications must be completed online and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please apply early because spaces fill quickly.

All applications will be reviewed by the Earth Day Committee to ensure vendors and items are:
eco-friendly, homemade/handcrafted, fair trade or wellness related.

If your items do not clearly meet the criteria, please explain on the application how your display is compatible with Earth Day. After the application is submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be notified via email whether or not your application is approved.

Please note the following:
  • Applications will be accepted on a first come-first served basis.
  • If your application is not approved, your credit card will not be charged.
  • The number of spaces for solar vendors will be limited to four businesses.
  • Vendors selling similar products (soap, candles, etc.) will be limited to two.
  • Vendors promoting the same brand (Tupperware, Shaklee, etc.) will be limited to one.
  • All vendors will be required to provide a general liability insurance policy with limits of no less than $1M/$2M naming ACUA as an additional insured entity.

ALL vendors, exhibitors, entertainers, food vendors, etc. will be required to provide a general commercial liability insurance policy with insurance in limits of no less than $1M/$2M. The policy should name Atlantic County Utilities Authority as an additional insured and the Certificate Holder should read as follows: Atlantic County Utilities Authority, 6700 Delilah Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.
If you cannot upload your insurance now, please be ready to provide insurance upon notice that your application is accepted.
I, the undersigned, apply for exhibition space at the ACUA Earth Day Festival. I waive and release the Atlantic County Utilities Authority, its commissioners, officers and employees, for any responsibility due to acts of nature, including inclement weather necessitating cancellation of the show, for any loss or damage to property, personal injury and financial investment losses resultant thereof, and shall hold harmless and indemnify Atlantic County Utilities Authority, its commissioners, officers and employees, their agents and assigns against liability or expenses arising out of any claim for loss or damage to property, personal injury and financial investment losses, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto including attorney’s fees. I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, guidelines, terms and agreements of the Atlantic County Utilities Authority Earth Day Festival. I understand that my application fee, once approved, is non-refundable.
