Household Hazardous Waste Residential Drop-Off Program

Attention residents of Atlantic County:
During the year, ACUA sponsors "Household Hazardous Waste" Drop-Off Days, giving Atlantic County residents the opportunity to safely dispose of many hazardous materials that are found around the house.
 
  • Proof of residency required - driver's license, tax bill, etc.
  • No materials from commercial establishments. Businesses can click here for more information.
  • Individual container sizes cannot exceed 5 gallons and containers will not be returned – no exceptions.
  • The maximum quantity of household hazardous waste is 30 gallons and/or 200 lbs dry weight per household per person.

    Please note: All drop-off days run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and are held at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority, 6700 Delilah Road, in Egg Harbor Township
