Metals | Call Public Works to schedule a metals collection at 609.625.6311. This includes most metal appliances, hot water heaters, etc. However, dishwashers can be disposed of as bulky waste in Hamilton Twp. |
Tires | Tires without rims may be dropped off at the Public Works Facility, Monday-Friday from 7 am to 3 pm. Limit: 4 per month, Hamilton Residents Only

CONTAINER GUIDELINES
Items must be out before 7 a.m.
Containers, when full, may not weigh more than 50 lbs. Containers weighing more than 50 lbs. will not be emptied. Carts are dumped using a hydraulic tipper and do not require the same weight restrictions.
ACUA will no longer empty drums and barrels of any size for recycling, trash or yard waste.
Most Atlantic County residents are eligible to receive one 20-gallon recycling bucket per year at no cost. If using a non-ACUA recycling container, please ensure it is clearly marked for recycling. Request stickers online.
