The Neal Steinman Poetry Trail
A 1971 graduate of Yale Law School, Neal Steinman was Chairman
of the Public Finance Department of Blank, Rome, Comisky & McCauley. Mr.
Steinman served the Atlantic County Utilities Authority as Bond Counsel from
1980 to 1993. A brilliant attorney and devoted family man, Neal Steinman touched
many lives. The professional guidance he brought to the ACUA was critical to
the development of the Authority's Wastewater and Solid Waste programs and in
particular, the Haneman Environmental Park. Neal's contribution to Atlantic
County will live on for years to come.
