Kassandra Damblu, ChargEVC
Kassandra Damblu, Associate at Gabel Associates, has strong expertise in strategic planning, research and development, and advocacy and supports equitable public policy reform and program development with a focus on energy and sustainable solutions, including electric vehicles. She has extensive experience driving campaigns surrounding the transition to a clean energy economy with a focus on environmental justice for marginalized communities. Kassandra similarly provides R&D to ChargEVC. ChargEVC is a not-for-profit EV trade and research organization managed by Gabel. Kassandra holds an M.A. in Climate Change and Global Sustainability from the School for International Training and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from SUNY Binghamton.

Cathleen Lewis, New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU)
Cathleen Lewis serves as the Manager of E-Mobility Programs for the Office of Clean Energy at the NJ Board of Public Utilities. In this role, Cathleen oversees all EV related programs at NJBPU including the Charge Up New Jersey EV Incentive Program, the framework for utilities’ role in EV charging and furthering of the EV goals included in the 2019 Energy Master Plan. Cathleen utilizes her experience in transportation and changing driver behavior to increase EV adoption in all sectors. Prior to joining the BPU, Cathleen created and implemented policies that invested in infrastructure, encouraged safe, sustainable and multi-modal transportation and invested in Economic Development. Cathleen is a graduate of Douglass College-Rutgers University.

Driving EV Adoption by NJBPU
Kyriakos Anastasopoulos, Atlantic City Electric/Exelon
Kyriakos Anastasopoulos is an Energy Efficiency Program Manager for Pepco Holdings and leads the EVsmart program for Atlantic City Electric. The program offers make ready incentives to residential and commercial customers installing smart level two charging stations for their homes, multi-unit dwellings, and business, or public DCFC and level two charging stations for their community. Kyriakos has over eight years of experience working with Utilities and has served in a number of different roles within the utility ecosystem both in operational, and business capacities. Kyriakos holds B.S's in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
