I understand I will be required to provide a general commercial liability insurance policy: ALL vendors, exhibitors, entertainers, food vendors, etc. will be required to provide a general commercial liability insurance policy with insurance in limits of no less than $1M/$2M. The policy should name Atlantic County Utilities Authority as an additional insured and the Certificate Holder should read as follows: Atlantic County Utilities Authority, 6700 Delilah Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. After you registration is approved, you will be prompted to provide online payment and your certificate of insurance. Please check your email for instructions.
