Wastewater Hauler Registration

All haulers must adhere to the ACUA Standard Procedure and Rules for Hauled in Waste and shall be registered with the ACUA by submitting the Hauler Registration/Insurance and Vehicle/Driver Forms.
Hauler Registration/Insurance Form
  • This form is common to each Hauler and is entered one time to advise of the following:
    • Business Name
    • Business Owner
    • Regular and Emergency Contact Information
    • NJDEP Registration
    • Insurance
      • Company
      • Policy #
      • Expiration
Vehicle/Driver Information Form
  • This form shall list each truck entering the ACUA and shall provide the following information:
    • Vehicle Year
    • Vehicle Make/Model
    • VIN #
    • Tag #
    • Tank Capacity
  • Additionally, all drivers that will enter the ACUA complex must be registered on this form, including:
    • Name
    • DL State and Number
