Susan is an Administrative Assistant in the Solid Waste Department. She can be found at the front desk Monday through Friday where she gets to share her big smile and friendly demeanor with all visitors that enter the GEO building. She regularly leads the customer service team in calls answered and helps resolve customer issues on the phone, in-person, and through live chat and emails every day.
Susan is also responsible for entering requisitions for Vehicle Maintenance, processing credit card payments for online purchases such as ACUA’s trash and recycling carts and handling a variety of other solid waste administrative needs. She also works ACUA’s Household Hazardous Waste Drop-offs throughout the year.
Susan takes pride in her role at ACUA and is proud to be someone that customers can count on. “If I can help someone or find an answer to their question, I know I’m doing a good job.”
Her family knows how much she enjoys working here and looks forward to joining her in volunteering each year for the annual Earth Day Festival.
