Thank you for your interest in our Annual Earth Day Festival.
Vendor applications must be completed online and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please apply early because spaces fill quickly.
All applications will be reviewed by the Earth Day Committee to ensure vendors and items are:
eco-friendly, homemade/handcrafted, fair trade or wellness related.
If your items do not clearly meet the criteria, please explain on the application how your display is compatible with Earth Day. After the application is submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be notified via email whether or not your application is approved.
Please note the following:
- Applications will be accepted on a first come-first served basis.
- If your application is not approved, your credit card will not be charged.
- The number of spaces for solar vendors will be limited to four businesses.
- Vendors selling similar products (soap, candles, etc.) will be limited to two.
- Vendors promoting the same brand (Tupperware, Shaklee, etc.) will be limited to one.
- All vendors will be required to provide a general liability insurance policy with limits of no less than $1M/$2M naming ACUA as an additional insured entity.
