Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of our Wastewater Treatment Facility in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Thursday, October 19. The tour is in honor of Imagine A Day Without Water, a National Day of Action that highlights how water is essential, invaluable, and in need of continuous investment.
Wastewater treatment is essential to the health and cleanliness of our communities and waterways, but most have no idea what it is or how it works. Take a closer look at the process and learn the important role it plays in our community. Also learn about how the five wind turbines and our solar panel project help to power the treatment process.
The facility is located at 1801 Absecon Boulevard, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. The tour will start promptly at 12 noon. Please park under the solar panel canopy and meet your tour guide inside at the front entrance of the building.
